Three Diverse Companies to Occupy Fourth Floor of Bridge Park Building

Companies will occupy over 8,000 square feet of space in the Dublin development.

DUBLIN, OHIO – Crawford Hoying is welcoming three diverse commercial tenants to the Bridge Park development within the next year. MSF Real Estate Capital, Stewart Title and Primary Financial will occupy the fourth floor of the building located on 6640 Riverside Drive, making Bridge Park their newest home.

“In order for Bridge Park to thrive, it’s critical to have distinguished companies, like MSF Real Estate Capital, Stewart Title and Primary Financial, join the community,” said Crawford Hoying Principal and Founder Brent Crawford. “We are excited to have them become a part of the positive impact on Dublin’s economic fabric.”

The first move-in will occur in December 2016 by the full-service commercial real estate mortgage banking firm MSF Real Estate Capital. They will occupy the largest space at 3,800 square feet. After tripling the size of their firm over the past decade, MSF Real Estate Capital will open its headquarters at Bridge Park to allow for more growth.

“We had been reviewing alternatives since our lease was maturing at our current location, and we wanted to be in a lively environment and community,” said MSF Real Estate Capital Senior Vice President Scott Moore. “We’re looking forward to the restaurants, entertainment and convenience of Bridge Park.”

Adding to its Central Ohio offices in Westerville, Downtown Columbus and New Albany, Stewart Title will open its doors in Bridge Park. They are planning to complement their Central Ohio division branches by adding a Dublin office in Spring 2017. The company will occupy 2,100 square feet. Headquartered in Houston, Texas with offices across the United States and in 80 countries, Stewart Title emphasizes the importance of building local relationships. Its newest office will serve real estate agents, brokers and customers in the Dublin area.

“We are excited to be involved in Bridge Park’s development and contribute to its growth,” said Stewart Title Senior Division President David Martin. “The accessibility of the development and the up-and-coming area made this decision an easy one as we expand our presence in Central Ohio.”

Nationwide credit union service organization Primary Financial is the latest to join Bridge Park, which will also be opening in Spring 2017. They will occupy 2,400 square feet. With their corporate office already being located in Dublin, Ohio, this will be a fairly easy move for the Primary Financial team.

“Bridge Park is modern and unlike anything in the Dublin area,” said Primary Financial Vice President Tina Reaper. “We are excited to have so many restaurant and retail options just steps away, and it will also be nice to have the AC Hotel so close to our office when our staff from Indiana visits.”
